Our strategy team is an integral part of who we are as a company. With diverse backgrounds and decades of industry experience, our leadership team comes to the table ready to work diligently to support our partners and clients. 

 

Roy Seeger, CRP, GMS

President & CEO

 

Mr. Seeger joined AECC in 1995 and led the expansion of AECC’s financial services programs developing their highly respected programs and operations.  He earned his Bachelor degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1988 and earned his CRP and GMS designations from Worldwide ERC®.  He served as both Director and Vice President of Financial Services before his promotion to President in 2005 & President & CEO in 2017.  He is the son of AECC’s founder Herbert Seeger and is currently a member of the American Payroll Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and Worldwide ERC®.

Leadership Team

Craig Anderson, C.P.A., SCRP, SGMS

Vice President

 

Involved in relocation since 1981, Craig holds a BS in Accounting from DePaul University, a CPA accreditation, and an Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License.  Craig achieved Worldwide ERC® designations, SCRP & SGMS, as well as the Meritorious Service Award and is a two-time recipient of ERC’s Distinguished Service Award. Craig is a member of several ERC Forums, serving as the Vice Chair of the Tax Forum in 2018.   In 2016, Craig was the recipient of the Sandra M. Welbourn Service Award in recognition of his contributions to the relocation industry.

Catherine Killeen, CRP, GMS

Vice President, Financial Services & Global Compensation

 

Catherine holds a Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University. She began her mobility career in 1995 and held various roles with major relocation management companies in the areas of Client Services, Cost Management, and Global Compensation Services. She joined AECC in 2014 as the Director of Global Services and became Vice President of Financial Services in 2017. She has achieved the Worldwide ERC designations of CRP and GMS and currently oversees our global and domestic financial services.

Jeff Stoltzner

Vice President, Accounting

 

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elmhurst College in Illinois and has 25 years of accounting experience within the relocation industry. After starting his AECC career as a Staff Accountant in 1992, he quickly rose through the ranks of the accounting department and in 2007 became Vice President, Accounting.

Deborah Graham, CRP, GMS

Director, Closing Services

 

Deborah joined AECC in 2016 bringing 30+ years of industry experience in Consulting Services, Global Account Management as well as US Domestic and Global Operations Management. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Master of Business Administration from North Central College as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. She has achieved the Worldwide ERC designations of CRP and GMS and is currently leading our home sale closing services team.  

Nick Petrakis

Data Protection Officer & Sys Admin

 

Nick earned his Bachelors in Computer Science at University Illinois-Chicago in 2001, and has over 18 years’ experience in the Information Technology Industry. After starting his career at AECC in 2014, Nick became AECC’s System Administrator and has made AECC a leader in technology and IT security practices. Nick recently became AECC’s Data Protection Officer, while continuing to provide outstanding IT services, uptime, and compliance to our partners and clients.
